"The guests from Latvia, especially Riga, often visit Panevėžys Region. We appreciate them and love as relatives. 75 per cent of foreign touristsvisiting Rokiškis, Biržai, Pasvalys, Kupiškis and Panevėžys are from this neighbouring country. Thus, we present 15 news from our region with the title ART, FOOD AND SLEEP in the exhibition BALTTOUR",- said the Director of TIC Daiva Tankūnaitė.

Three news from Panevėžys are presented to the visitors of the exhibition. It is the newest, modern Pavilion of Ceramics where a unique collection of contemporary ceramics is exhibited. It reflects the world tendencies of art ceramics. The second one is International Art Glass Symposium GLASSJAZZ in August. The third event is 513th City Birthday of Panevėžys with the Lithuanian Championship of Air Baloons in the beginning of September.
