• With a referral from a doctor, Disability and Working Capacity Assessment Office (ndnt.lrv.lt/en/) can be addressed regarding establishing disability for children, people of working age with disability people of retirement age. The person must have referral from a doctor, application to establish the level of work capacity or disability, temporary permit to reside in Lithuania, photograph and personal identification document.
