The representative of the USA Jewish Organisation for Europe Ra'anan B. Dotan was interested in the implementation of the projects supported by the charity organisation.

The Mayor of Panevėžys expressed the joy that at present, the question of regaining the Hasidean Synagogue to Jewish community is being solved. It contributes to closer cooperation between the municipality and Jewish community. Regaining of historical justice is also one of the aspects.

"We are always ready for cooperation, help to city communities and are happy about an active Jewish community in the city, their contribution to city cultural life. We hope that you will appreciate the fruit of cooperation and have good time in the city",- said the Mayor R. Račkaukas.
