According to the Director of Special Educational Centre Petras Leikauskas, the volunteers of European Solidarity Corp project DREAM WITH US Lara Fankhanel (Germany), Gemma Vilarino Caudet (Spain), Teona Zangaladze (Sakartvelo) and VictorAlonso Garcia (Spain) has been working at Panevėžys Secial Educational Centre ŠVIESA from October of last year. 

"I am very pleased with this European programme providing European youth with the possibility to visit our country and get acquainted with it and the city of Panevėžys. I wish you happy moments and the most pleasant and warm impressions",- said the Mayor to the volunteers.
